"The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Check-in/out were quick and easy. The room exceeded expectations. It was clean, comfortable, had excellent amenities, and was free from odors, mold, and other allergens that have commonly triggered our allergy symptoms at other hotels.
Breakfast was good… nothing extraordinary but had all the basic food items to meet a range of dietary needs.
The only downside to our stay was that there was no onsite restaurant. We were however, provided with a list of nearby restaurants and attractions which was thoughtful/helpful. The snack bar was well stocked with basic snacks and some microwave dinners which could be purchased via self-checkout. There were also toiletries for sale at the snack bar for convenience. That was also thoughtful and would be helpful in situations where luggage had been lost etc.
There was ample parking outside and the surrounding area seemed clean and safe. Proximity to the airport was a plus. After many days of traveling, being able to check into a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation was relieving.
This hotel was definitely designed with travelers in mind. All of the simple, thoughtful touches were much appreciated. We (my husband, 2 year old, 11 month old and I) even considered extending our stay simply because we felt so comfortable and right at home. Would definitely recommend and will most certainly be staying again!"
