"A very unique property! We stayed for three nights and had an amazingly relaxing time. Staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and extremely clean. "I stayed at this resort a few years ago and we had a good experience so We decided to stay again this time but didn’t enjoy our stay as much. The room we got was on the ground floor. We had too many bugs in our room. A huge spider too. The bathroom sink was blocked. The toilet seat was leaking the entire time we stayed and there was water everywhere. The weather was 100F and our room AC barely worked. Our baby was sweating in the middle of the night and we called maintenance to come and take a look at it. He washed the filters and it worked a little better than before. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our stay this time and will not be returning again."
