"Brilliant location and despite the busy streets outside little noise in the rooms due to the well soundproofed doors. Aircon worked efficiently and room cleaned everyday with clean new pool and bath towels supplied. Rooftop pool a little smaller than expected but only used it as for a little dip as beaches are superb a few minutes walk away. Nice touch with the free cava on arrival in the rooftop bar. Breakfast plentiful where you can order fresh hot food. Staff are superb here, very friendly and helpful. Gave us some amazing recommendations for local restaurants which made our holiday. Thank you hotel Lima"

"The property wasn't well cleaned on arrival / the bedding wasn't the most comfortable and the management company only responded to queries about specific check in requirements on the day of arrival. The information provided was useful and it would have been more beneficial to have had it further in advance. The apartment itself was lovely and in the old town, very close to points of interest."

"Pros: • Location, location, location! If you want to be in the heart of old town, this property is perfect! • It's also beautifully decorated with lots of character and charm. We had a room on the top floor with multiple windows and Juliet balconies that offered tons of light and great views of the square below. • Spacious rooms with lots of storage (lots of shelves, hangers, etc.) • They provide beach towels and branded totes which were super helpful for beach days. • We had 2 AC units - 1 for each room - which work well and are so nice at the end of a long, hot day. Cons: • There were a few misses for the bathroom. For starters, it's in the middle of the room with frosted glass that doesn't offer a lot of privacy, so not ideal for families. • We were also never provided with hand soap, so we used body wash from the shower to wash our hands. No tissues either, so used toilet paper. Our bath towels day 1 were large and great but when housekeeping changed them, we got much smaller towels - even though we had them hanging on the hooks, implying not to replace them according to their sign. • There is never staff on site. This property feels more like an Airbnb. We were also contacted a few days before check-in and pressured to pay in advance which was not what we were expecting (Expedia booking was to pay on site), so we felt a bit uneasy about it. We reached out to Expedia to confirm the contact and request were legit before paying."
