Not aware that property was on 3rd floor or I might not have booked it because of luggage.
People banged on the door several times at night.
Smarter than shown in the ad. BUT the light in the bathroom kept flickering so badly that I turned it off. Bulbs were missing in the central light.

I had the address programmed into my gps, and as I approached the address, it told me to park and be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes.
