I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. "It started off being given 2 single beds when we had specifically booked a double bedded room. The bed was very hard, but moreover it creaked so very badly with the slightest movement I never got a full nights sleep all the time we were there. Sheets were stained, bedding had holes in it. Tv was hanging off the wall and not connected. Great pool area and sun beds, the rooms downstairs did look better than the one we had upstairs. "This hotel is classed as 3 star, but definitely needs to be a 4 star. Room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable big bed. Room was cleaned daily and staff were really polite. The breakfast was Amazing with so much choice and very tasty foods. The hotel is located centrally so you’re in a quiet area but not too far from shops, bars and restaurants, plus the nearest beach was a few minutes walk and not over crowded.
