"Great large room with comfy bed and all the amenities you could need. Staff very friendly, especially when it came to trying to fix our room issues. Firstly the TV refused to connect to the Internet meaning it wouldn’t even start. It was fixed during the day and worked however it repeated the same fault the following day. The room AC also didn’t allow us to set it below 19C. When enquiring it’s because the cooling side is turned off over winter. Understandable but not great when we both liked the room colder. Staff were apologetic and helped the best they could nevertheless "

"The room was spotless. The location, very central and walkable. I slept well. The only drawback was related to the location of my room--it was adjacent to the busy reception office. However, two doors separated me from it and the room itself was relatively quiet. "

"Staff very helpful, room was clean, hotel is in a perfect spot for sightseeing. The rooms are described as being soundproof which they are not we had 2 nights broken sleep because of the young men in the next rooms . Also no bath as described. "
