"We liked the Hotel overall. Some details were not perfect, for example the bathroom could be in a better condition. The a la carte breakfast was very good but very small portions. All in all a good hotel for 1-2 nights to explore the Etna area."
"Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing.
The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself.
There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc.
The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing atmosphere for their trip."

The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. "An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. Only small points of feedback - the hotel sometimes felt understaffed, particularly at the pool bar during the day. The only other thing was the dated entertainment system in the room which you might expect to be a bit more modern for a hotel of this calibre. Otherwise a brilliant hotel all around. "
"We had to make this reservation at the very last moment as our original reservation at another venue got cancelled. The Caesar Palace was very accommodating. The gentleman who was attending the front desk was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good. I think the dinner buffet was very average. Overall, I would give this 4 out of 5 stars."
