"No hand rail as such but rope rail on stairs. Stairs even but if you struggle with balance a bit of a problem. Breakfast extremely good.. homemade apricot and strawberry jam no too sweet. Apricot jam was outstanding. Continental breakfast well with the money."

I called the hotel number and I think the lady was telling me that she had to visit the doctor and will be at the hotel soon.
