"Stunning views and unique location. Large rooms with good heating/AC. Friendly and helpful staff, with well kept common areas. Chromecast feature for entertainment was useful. Only issue was no kettle for hot drinks."

"Beautifully appointed city Hotel, Immaculate, clean and very quiet and peaceful. If you love art, sculptures and anything old and antique you will feel right at home. Rooms and suites are luxurious with outstanding fixings and fixtures, all with a modern touch to technology too, great slimline TV, USB sockets etc. Restaurant was spectacular for Dinner and Breakfast. Recommend reserving parking only 6 doors down street although there is paid underground parking opposite their private parking garage."

"The hotel is very impressive. We had a very good room, and all facilities were available. We used the outdoor pool, which was lovely and clean. There was a snack bar that was open until midnight, where you could get drinks. Highly recommend a stay "

"Hotel Xauen is a gem in the center of Jaén. Come and check this hotel out. From the hotel you see spectacular views of the city of Jaen. This hotel’s bathroom was so clean and well put together that I actually could not leave without taking a picture of it. The staff at Hotel Xauen was courteous and professional. "This was an unusual site in a very rural quiet area, very interesting. We had some minor communication difficulties but all overcome. Enjoyed a nice dinner and breakfast. COuld have enjoyed the swimming pool had we been staying longer."

"We were moved from original booking saying there were better facilities there were none! Chose the original for the fact there was a restaurant and a bar and after a long journey we would not need to go out . we were also charged 4 euros more than your original charge . Very disappointed ended up going to bed with no dinner."
