Serantes seafood restaurant.was great, 5 min walk to the left, recommended by staff. Hotel is fancy. So much better location than the old town area and very safe area. "

"Tayko Hotel is phenomenal. Arguably the best hotel on the trip. Finishings are amazing, beds are very comfortable, great soundproofing. Staff are very helpful. "Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom...

"Not as convenient as some other hotels in Bilbao but not terribly out of the way (beware the uphill walk from town!). Breakfast is special - very large selection and many healthy choices, especially for gluten-free. The room was fine, parking was a little tough to get in and out in our suv - but onsite and simple.
