Thermostat worked, unlike elsewhere at times on this trip. Could've used two coffee packets per day, but otherwise room service was excellent. Reception is on 7th floor with a great view of Sakurajima. Aesthetically pleasing and functional room.

The emails prior to checkin had conflicting information and I panicked as I did not receive a QR code. Checkin was slow since many travelers were checking in at the same time. But the use of washer/dryer made up for the stress.
