The owner of the property was very nice and helpful. The room was basic, but comfortable. Only negatives were lack of nearby restaurants and the handheld shower holder was approximately five feet high. Also note I did not see the hotel name in English anywhere, so a bit difficult to find without Korean alphabet knowledge.

This was our third time staying at Gyerim Sanjang Motel, and once again, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The owners of Gyerim Sanjang are always so considerate and warm-hearted. I always feel safe here and it was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. It is clean and safe. I highly recommend this motel 10/10! We were on the first floor, which was practically a basement since the building is on a slope. The front went in on level ground, but from the back, you had to enter down about 5 very steep stairs. The room smelled musty and moldy, which is pretty gross. There was a thick layer of dust on picture frames that were hanging in the rooms. The floor futons were not padded at all. The one bed was shockingly firmer than sleeping on the floor.
