"This is a beautiful property with unique, rustic design situated in the middle of the village, definitely off the beaten path! The suite we stayed in on the 4th floor had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The property was well maintained and the staff was amazingly accommodating. "in the middle of a construction site. Suburbs perfect for one night in between traveling otherwise not suitable, you won’t see much of the Zanzibar culture, could have been anywhere in the world and that’s most of the time regarding gated communities !"

"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor.
The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. To be honest I was planning to just check-in drop my bags and head out in search of another place.
