"Riverside Central Apartments was terrible. Do not book this apartment if you (1) want an engaged owner or (2) habitable accommodation that you can actually sleep in.
Communication: host did not respond to any messages on Expedia chat, but luckily I was able to get contact details for the owner via Expedia customer services. However, this was useless as communications with owner were terrible - messages were ignored, and only responded to once Expedia chased.
