"Im not white and asked for a early check in but every white person that came behind me was able to get one.the first room i got after waiting for it to be cleaned the carpet was so wet it destroyed my socks. The staff was very nice about not really caring. The pool was lovely"

"I have bed bug bites on my body. I didn’t have them prior to my visit. My son and I are not happy. My sister found a cockroach on her bed when she walked into her room. The staff said it was seasonal and therefore could not switch her rooms because she paid specifically for a suite. I will not be staying here again. "

"Our Room Keys didn’t work multiple times. It’s so frustrating especially when you and your family is exhausted and you can’t even get to your rooms quickly. We also experience it outside in the parking lot and we have a lot of things and hoping we can get in on the side door when room keys supposed to work. I need to go back on the front desk just to activate my keys. It’s so disappointing especially i always book in this hotel chain when traveling."
