"The check-in and check-out front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. However I was annoyed that I had to pay a fee to park my car at the hotel when we were not using the shuttle and were driving out upon checkout."

"The staff was fabulous! Took very good care of me, especially the bellmen. Mo is a superb service provider. There was another gray haired bellman that assisted me as well during my stay he was so friendly and helpful as well. The room was quiet and very clean and well appointed. Being right at the Florida mall was a great way to spend my time, and plenty of different food locations- something for everyone. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will in the future as well."
