"The pool was outdoors and unopened so it was not available for use. The grounds were neat and tidy. The facilities are old and dated.The buildings need a lot of maintenance especially doors and windows.
After reserving a king bed suite I was downgraded to a two queen room mini suite. I was told there were no more king suites available. The stove in my suite was dirty and required cleaning. Other than that the unit was clean. Housekeeping or staff never checked in to see if I required anything...

"Our flight arrived late, we got there after 12am. Upon check in the staff was very rude. We went to our room which was not clean, food on the floor bugs crawling around. We asked for another room, the male worker said it was no other room. He proceeded to tell us we can leave, that’s exactly what we did. I contacted Expedia for a refund, the male that checked us in marked us as a no show. I have videos and pictures. "

"This hotel cost as much as the scary ones, but was clean and felt safe. I was a woman alone in New Orleans for school, and I never felt concerned. The staff were warm and welcoming and helped me navigate the bus system. If you are going to New Orleans on a budget, this is a great way to do it."
