"This review is a real person not AI. I should have read other reviews on other sites. On this website it had good ratings. The hotel looks charming. But I agree with the other reviews there are serious security issues staying at this hotel. I was arriving very late due to the TSA shutdown my flight was delayed. You can not reach the hotel directly. I was advised there is no front desk or security at this hotel. Someone called me from a Google IP number. She was asking for additional fees. The caller ID said "Spam". I ask her for the direct hotel number so I could call back. There was a long pause. She said she was on her computer not at the hotel. She hesitated with the hotel number and could not answer basic questions like how far the hotel was from downtown. I thought this was someone who did not know the local area and it raised Red Flags. For my security I was not comfortable providing my card for any additional fees. I ask to wait until I arrived. As a travel writer who covers hotels around the world I was being cautious. It turns out the hotel is in a bad area. The hotel canceled my room even though it was paid in full. They rebooked it with another guest. Lesson Learned I should have read other reviews."

"Stay away if you value your health and safety. This is easily the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked for 2 nights and didn’t stay the full time of my reservation due to poor cleanliness and other safety concerns. Some of the units are rented to displaced families."

"The only nice area of this place was the lobby. Once we got to the hallway to go down, right away there was a ceiling repair with debris all over the floor. Once we got to the room and opened the door, we were hit in the face with enough strong cologne to choke a horse. The mattress had crevices/indents. There was brown crap splashed on the wall. The shower… THE SHOWER. Barely ANY water pressure. The temp would get super cold and super hot. Not good for an infant. There was barely any lighting in the bathroom. The dresser wasn’t very appealing. Just overall, not nice. We switched hotels. "
