Straight across from the park which is greqt for running, walking, reading... Beautiful greenary throught. Reception staff was lovely, bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and a good size. Great value for money.

My only complaint, and it might be my incompetence was that the TV turned on at 5am every morning and I couldn’t figure out how to stop it from doing that. Otherwise staff were nice, hotel in a good location overlooking Hagley Park.

All around a good room. Only complaint would be that I prefer to have a Smart TV when I stay somewhere which this didn't have.
