Staff were lovely and the location was great. There was no cooking hob for pots and pans, just a huge electric roasting container with a lid, a toaster and microwave. Nowhere to boil rice, pasta or do a small stir fry for one person. This made it difficult to prepare simple meals

The Towers in the Park is in need of a refurbishment. Our unit didnt have a plug to fit in the sink to do the dishes. The soap dispenser also wasnt working. The staff were helpful and the location was good.

A late/last minute booking…received a phone call on the way to confirm our booking and ETA. Reception very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but living up a back section, found it a little noisy. Black out curtains were good. Handy to various amenities, shops etc. Nice big bathroom with great (good water pressure) shower - just no shelving in shower to put shampoo etc.
