A Very Friendly Motel

The staff was very friendly and took the trouble to show us to our room. The place was clean and well equipped. Good location and near to most places of interest in Christchurch. Spacious parking area. A comfortable place to stay for a family.

A great place to stay

We can see why this property has such high reviews. The owner Ricki went above and beyond. The place itself was immaculate, clean, tidy and has all you need for a short stay. It was quiet despite being on a busy road - we had one of the best sleeps recently. Check in and check out very easy.

Great location, nice and central. Walking distance to various food/dining places. Nice room with a jetted spa bath. Had everything we needed for our stay. Exceptional host. Very welcoming. Provided us with lots of info about nearby eateries etc. What really stood out was he kindly gave us a ride to the Bus Exchange @ 8am on a Sunday morning so we could catch a bus to take us to Round the Bays event. Definitely went above & beyond in making our stay great. Much appreciated.

Room and bathroom is tired and old broken handles carpet wrinkled and tattered, not clean (bathroom and kitchen were clean) no aircon in the rooms so on 32’ days a fan doesn't cut the mustard at all, the gentleman that check me in was lovely.
