"It was not mentioned in advertising / booking but on arrival I was told there was a £20 charge to use the spa for the duratin of my stay. I declined and used the pool only. Neithe was it clear that parking in the road immediately outside the hotel was Free. whereas parking in the hotel a mere 25 feet away from the road it was £10 per 24 hrs adding £40 to my stay. You shoul adveritse clearly and responsibly."

"I would strongly reconsider staying here based on my experience. There were multiple issues from start to finish, beginning with poor communication around key facilities. The spa was closed, which was not made clear when booking through a third-party site, and this significantly impacted the stay. Check-in was disorganised and extremely slow, given there were so few people checking in. The room key failed multiple times and had to be reprogrammed more than once, which is not what you expect on arrival. The room itself was uncomfortable. The lack of basic air conditioning during the warmer weather made it difficult to sleep, and the fan provided was ineffective. The hotel failed to prepare for basic weather conditions, which is a serious health and safety issue. The mattress was worn with large dips and should have been replaced quite some time ago, and there were issues with the shower fluctuating between hot and cold repeatedly, all of which point to poor maintenance and upkeep. Service was particularly disappointing. I had to come downstairs during the night to get assistance, which is unacceptable. Breakfast and dinner service were both well below expectations and showed a lack of basic attention to guests. Another frustrating issue, however, was how my car was handled when the hotel parked it. It was returned covered in bird droppings, with no attempt made to clean it. This has caused permanent damage to the paintwork on a car that is only two months old."

"Good family room. Ac was working fine. No minibar fridge in room. Asked room service to clean the room after 2 night stay and went out but it was untouched when I came back. Breakfast was ok. Pool was good. But spa facilities busy most of the time. Reception staff were very helpful. Overall good stay."

"The room was spacious and clean although there was a noticeable chip out of the wardrobe beading. The HarBar6th could have been cleaner a lot of crumbs trapped between the tile top and glass. Lunch in the Jetty restaurant was good, but the table was not cleared at the completion of dessert course and no tea or coffee offered. Somewhat disappointing for a 5 star hotel."
