The staff were very helpful and left you in peace laundry was easy and accessible Just needed a few more pots as a family and tongs and fish slice to cook with but was a great stay enjoyed would stay again Thanks to the staff

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite. Plenty of space, new carpet and clean and tidy. Kitchen adequate and good dining space. Only negatives were no towel rails and the doors stuck on the new thicker carpet. Would recommend for a family group after something affordable.

The manager was an absolute gem and great help. The room was clean. Although I did not realize there were only steps as this would have been handy to know with luggage to get to the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were all separated and not good. The sofa bed was unable to be used as a bed it was so uncomfortable my daughter had to sleep with me. While the host was amazing I more than likely will book elsewhere if I return to christchurch.

Very average. Bathroom extractor fan didn't work, no provision for recycling, weird range of uselessTV stations available, but no instructions. Sign at street not lit at night, made it hard to find the place. Bed linen nice and clean though
