"The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily. Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close by. "

"After traveling up from south Bohemia region, we needed a nice place to rest and relax prior to an international flight the next day. This hotel more than met our expectations. The hotel has a restaurant attached that served very good quality meals, as well as an adjacent wellness center with pool, spa, sauna, etc. We'd most definitely stay again."

"The gym did not have a functional stationary bike to adjust tension. Not much in it, my home gym is better equipped."

"Absolutely awesome hotel. Great specious room more like a small one room apartment. Very nice breakfast. Clean and quiet. Free parking. The only small downside is the distance to the tram or bus to the old town center.but since we came with a car and there is a park & ride free parking lot 3 min. drive from the hotel we had no issue with rhat. Bottom line great hotel especially for travelers with a car."
