"Was upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and view over the river. Large apartment, kitchen adequate, could have done with a few more standard utensils (tin opener, scissors, 2 oven gloves rather than 1). Whole apartment needed some tlc. Tap loose in the en-suite and loose floor tiles. Settee very lumpy too. However, bed was clean and comfortable which was the main thing needed. "We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"We booked this stay for our daughters birthday, all the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. The reception were great with our daughter, they noticed it was her birthday and gave her a nice jar of jelly beans.
