"Clean room. Clean corridors. Friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue with the code to the parking garage but the guy on reception helped by watching on the camera for my vehicle to approach the door and manually operating it for me so I could get in. There was a false fire alarm at approximately 2am, but once I made it down to the reception floor it was quickly established that it was a false alarm and I could return to my room. Not a complaint since false alarms aren't anybody's fault. If I'm ever in the area again in need of an overnight stop - I'll definitely stay again."

"We stayed here during the heat wave in June because the hotel had AC and a pool. The room was small, but nice and cool. The pool needs maintenance, but was a nice respite from the heat. Overall a nice property and good price. Location is close to the confluence museum, but not much else. We took the tram and metro to get to the main part of the city."

"This seems to be student accom that has been changed to a small basic tourist apartment. One half of the building is for students (campus) and the other is for tourists. As such it is functional without much ambiance. But it’s well located close to a tramline and metro. The main train line runs next to the building which is quite ugly but doesn’t really cause too much noise. And it is easy distance to explore the centre of Lyon and the historical old town. The local restaurants are good and small supermarket nearby. The Saone river with all the restaurant boats is a few blocks away. There are also a pile of homeless people just outside the front door living under the railway bridge on both sides of the street- lots of junk, very messy and a little intimidating when they have fights amongst themselves but they caused no harm to us. So overall not a great environment but an ok apartment a as d a beautiful city."

"We were welcomed by the friendly staff and they were super helpful! They gave us a map with ideas of where to go and what to do. They offered us a drink as we waited in the lobby for the key and seemed genuinely happy to have us staying with them. The room was super clean and had a lovely balcony that we could sit out on and watch the activity down on the street. In the morning, they happily stored our luggage so we could explore ahead of our car rental being ready. We would be glad to stay here again if we find ourselves back in Lyon."
