We were able to show them our hotels.com info and they were fine. The room was big and had a good ac. Bed was a little hard, but fine. The toilet paper wasn't in the bathroom, and after having a shower, we realized why. Most of our stays had a wet bathroom, but this one got completely wet. "New but rundown already. Curtains don’t shut off the windows. No coffee or tea for breakfast. Still building activity going on but rooms and resort look tired already. No maintenance being done. Try to avoid this resort!"
