"I love these hotel it was so beautiful, the rooms are really nice, clean and comfy. The location is perfect right in front of the plaza and everything is close within walking distance, the city is amazing with so much history and beautiful architecture, the staff at the hotel were so helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. For sure on my next visit to Valladolid and staying at this amazing hotel."

"We were in Valladolid for the last night of our 8-day road trip. This hotel was a very nice surprise much better than we anticipated. Location is perfect, staff was absolutely amazing! It’s a new hotel and they did a wonderful job with decor and overall layout. Our room was very spacious and a nice balcony. The girl who checked us in gave us so many options for dinner and drinks, she was super helpful! There are a few restaurants in the hotel at the front to eat and even an outdoor bar and souvenir shop. I will absolutely stay here every time I sleep in Valladolid going forward."

"The hotel overcame my expectations. It's a beautiful, calm oasis, and the pools were lovely, clean and cold. The staff (especially Señor Atocha) go the extra mile and the food is delicious. I felt well taken care of as a solo traveler. I would certainly come back next time I'm in Valladolid."

"We stayed two days at the Hotel Aurora during our family trip to the Yucatán. The hotel is located near tourist attractions such as Francisco Cantón Rosado Park and the Church of San Servacio. The room, pool, and spa were spotless. The staff provided exceptional service and gave us valuable advice for exploring the region (archaeological sites, cenotes). The restaurant was good, but a bit crowded and could use better service. I highly recommend the Hotel Aurora."
