"The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book."

Unfortunately we were only told the morning of arrival that the private jacuzzi on the patio was not functioning, which was the whole reason we chose this property and paid significantly more than other hotels in the area. Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com. "The staff, Naz, Foued, and Faruk, were all superb, lovely and helpful at all times. The room was spotlessly clean and the location central. They gave us free access to the sister hotel's (Hotel Ruze) pool which was great on a rainy day. I should mention that if you need quiet to sleep, the nearby church bells clong ALL night long, every 15 minutes, 24/7.. "
