They were especially attentive. Whenever we needed help, they would get someone who spoke English to come help us. The food in the restaurant was especially good. The only downside was that the AC did not work in our room. I found that to be the norm in China. Before unpacking in a new room at any hotel in China, I recommend always double checking the AC to verify it is functioning.
