"The Hotel never received the confirmation from Expedia. There was no room available in the hotel when we reached the Hotel. They gave us a room which was way below standard. No Hot water, Phone wasn't working. Even all the lights in the room weren't working. The overall experience was real horrible all because Expedia never sent the hotel confirmation."
