We spent a night at the Chateau, it was lovely, particularly the staff some of whom were French Canadian and helped us with the amazing menu in the restaurant. Very kid friendly place with a great pool and a busy kid-friendly breakfast.

This unique stay was a superb option on the Loire valley very close to Chateau Chenonceau. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. The room was large and very comfortable however there is no fridge in the room. Grounds are well maintained and the pool area was a great way to relax after a day out exploring.

Rooms were filled with historic furniture. That’s for very comfortable and the bathrooms with the wall mosaics made it really feel romantic. Dinner was awesome there and to buy pairings for excellent. Breakfast area was very nice with outside seating as part of the offering

We enjoyed our stay in this truly historic chateau. The property has so much history that we enjoyed walking around seeing everything. The architecture is fascinating. Beautiful view of the valley from the dining room. Our room was basic but clean. Big comfortable tub. They had forgotten to change out our towels so we had to ask for fresh. Minor inconvenience. We had an excellent dinner in a beautiful room with high ceilings and a view out to the courtyard. The breakfast is ala carte and plentiful. A nice variety of eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cheese and meats. We were just there for one night driving through to Paris. It fit our needs perfectly.

Entire staff was wonderful, especially Kayla Yhey went out of their way to assure us we had comfort in the chateau the history and location of the chateau was picturesque It's not often you can stay in by a 500 year old residence that kings stated. Beautiful Chateau in a quiet and tranquil area. Old rustic charm creates a wonderful experience. The staff are fantastic! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and incredibly memorable. I cannot say enough good things about the staff we met. We would recommend this place in the future.

Staff were fantastic!! No lighting on our floor; very dark. Separate toilet as you enter room was odd and old style. No holder for toilet paper? Main bathroom nice reno. Many doors and unused space. Carpet should be replaced. No tv. Disappointing breakfast buffet.

Charming old castle, but not the best amenities. No TV, no AC. (Yes it IS an old castle.) Not many food options at the hotel or in the town. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, but a fixed price menu and a bit high-end/expensive and not open on Sunday and Monday. And the breakfast option was just the buffet which is not worth it for a light eater like me. The room had an espresso maker but the supplies were not replenished daily - no creamer, and clean cups and glasses were not replenished daily (nor were the towels). So we had to drive several kilometers to get food and coffee every morning. But the staff was very friendly and the ambience was serene and relaxing.

We loved the fairy tail, rustic personality of this property. Location was great for exploring Lorie Valley. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was very nice having the pool on the hot day.
