"The room was very large and super comfortable and the breakfast was very decent. All the staff was great except one. I ask her to store my suitcase until 6:00pm on the check-out day, and she refused to do so saying she won’t be here at 6:00 pm today. There is a training issue here. She was very unprofessional and very unprofessional and unfriendly. The other receptionist on the previous day told me they could keep my suitcase. I travel extensively, but was never refused to keep my suitcase at any other hotel. I needed to carry around the heavy suitcase all day."

"The staff was friendly and it was very easy and quick check-in. I liked the location with of conveniently located stores and restaurants but felt very secluded and in nature. There was not much for a breakfast that I saw but I just passed through later. The room appeared to be clean but we had a few ants on the bathroom counter and it seemed they must have been running very low on toiletry supplies. We had 2 towels with wash clothes and 1 bar of soap for the shower and the sink 1 bottle of shampoo and a half a bottle of conditioner. But I liked the hotel otherwise"

"Place was dirty, felt unsafe and smelled like cigarette smoke . Should not be listed on Expedia ! We would never stay in a place like this and we did not end up checking in. We went to another hotel for the night."

"Staff were polite, parking was fine. Hotel is showing its wear. They are trying to update but not well finished. Hallway carpet was dirty. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Main part of room was clean, but corners and woodwork could use a better cleaning."
