"I liked that there was a laundry room where you could do your laundry, and they would fold it for you and bring it to your room. I also liked that they had a robot that could deliver your takeout or other deliveries. I disliked that the gym had very little equipment and only cardio machines. It should at least have a pull-up machine or a cable machine. I also disliked that packages sent there had to be picked up by yourself instead of being handled by the staff. Overall, the staff was helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location was good."

"Good service especially the chef & manager at the breakfast restaurant, the waitress at the lounge during happy hour were phenomenal. They catered to our needs . However I must say that management must improve the vegetarian options & cater to the international community… look into adding North American food as well."

"Good location. Traveling to popular areas are within 15-20mins with Didi, in jam conditions. Hotel area is not very congested so easy to get rides to come fast. Food stall below hotel and the walking street, so easy to get late night dinner with no issues. "

"The location of the hotel was great. Being part of the Marriott brand, I was expecting better services n standards. Called the front desk on few occasions, but the staff didn’t sounded too friendly. I was also upset that my corridor smelled of soured durian husks for almost half of my stay there. Today surprised that durian was allowed in the hotel and the smell was left to linger for so many days. Totally not something I’ve expected from the brand."
