"Overall, our stay was near perfect! The service was excellent, and we really enjoyed the free breakfast, pool, and airport shuttle—everything was convenient and well taken care of. The only downside was the room, which I’d rate 3/5. There were quite a few ants and bugs, and the sink water turned brown a few times during our stay. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"We really liked staying at this hotel overall, the only regret is that the WiFi doesn’t really work anywhere except in the lobby. The rooms, the staff, the food and amenities were all top notch otherwise. But they couldn’t get the internet to work anywhere, even though they tried to fix it by restarting their router several times. Hopefully, at our next stay, this issue gets fixed."
