Le personnel (sauf 1 personne) est très gentil et courtois. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré est qu’il n’y avait qu’1 personne à la réception (qui doit gérer les arrivées et le bar) les 2 fois où nous avons fait le Check inn (vendredi et samedi vers 18h) et nous avons dû attendre entre 45 et 50 minutes."

"I liked Citybox. A lot of thought seems to have gone into the design and layout to make it as smooth and efficient for guests as possible. Spacious modern room and easy automated checkin and checkout, with a pingpong table in the lobby lounge and a nice little cafe adjoining it. No reception desk so some may not like that but for me it was fine, very quick to checkin, checkout and get a left luggage tag at the booths."
