"Staff weren’t very responsive. We requested a pack n play to be in our room, it was confirmed to check it. It was not in our room and when we called to have them send it they never did. "

"Checked in was not smooth. Can’t open the door, had to go down to receptionist twice and stood outside of the room for more than 30 minutes till maintenance came to fix the door. Reception was not friendly and not helpful. The towels are old and tough, AC was loud. Breakfast area was always crowded. Key card in elevator never worked. "

He had great suggestions for parking our vehicle while we were DC. The house staff and the managers were all visible and ready to help out even in the dining room clearing tables each morning to make room during the very busy complimentary breakfast that was cooked to order. We would stay here again. "

I paid about $91 at check-in, which I was aware of based on my Expedia reservation. But the additional $145 charged at checkout was never disclosed during the booking process. Greater transparency about fees would have made for a much better experience."
