"This is a cute, renovated old style budget motel. We stayed one night as part of a longer trip and were very happy with this place. It’s close to the river walk, and is about 1km easy walk into the centre of Ballina. Reception isn’t 24 hours but they have key boxes for late arrivals. There is a nice outdoor pool area and parking outside the unit’s door. Tea and coffee making is provided and the room was big enough for us to lay out our 2 suitcases."

"This is a great place for families with young children who will without a doubt, have an amazing and memorable time. Shop has no nearby competition, so it is overpriced: so remember to bring your own food and snacks. Other than that, guaranteed to have a great time."
