Arrived around midnight for check in. The girl was quick to get us checked in with no issues. Beds were comfortable, not the cleanness but for a quick over night for travel it worked. Breakfast was ok. Older property but worked for what we needed.

Comfy bed, spacious room. no elevator, bagel and yogurt fine for quick breakfast. Couldn’t check in when arrived. Lady said system was down. Left and came back and then was working. She said it happened day before also. Need a better system, irritated after a long day of travel. Quality Inn brand has not been good for us. Had an issue this year also with one in IL. Not coming back. Don’t need the hassles after traveling all day.

The most positive was how comfortable the bed was, other than that it was down hill! Your credit card was denied when we reached the hotel. We couldn’t have our room until your credit card to the hotel went thru. It took over 1 hour to get our room! The hotel phone in our room didn’t work, we couldn’t get the TV to work, the Alarm Clock in the room was blinking, light bulbs were out. No chair to sit on (other than desk chair), there was 2 of us! Then for breakfast (suppose to start at 6 am), lights were off in dining room and not all food was put out. No one at the desk to ask about it, hit the desk bell several times (she was in bed sleeping!) What a Safe Place to Stay!!! PS. The lady at the desk when we checked in (May 20th, 2027), kept telling us to contact you, Expedia! So she can get paid (Quality Inn person), otherwise we weren’t going to get our room, even tho you (Expedia), took our money! I believe it should have been discussed between you (Expedia) and the Quality Inn Person, not the customer! We have never had trouble with Expedia before, this is the first time. We always have gone through you! I guess if something like this happens again, we will have yo deal with hotels another way when we want to reserve. What a Headache we had with this Experience!

The hotel staff is great! The overall stay was acceptable, but the hotel is in desperate need of updates. The continental breakfast was what you expect. The beds are comfortable, but are on a high platform making it difficult to get into.

Hotel breakfast was great - room was fine and bed slept great- but the best perk of this stay is the restaurant /bar next door. Amazing smash burger (fresh hamburger and homemade sauces) and house salad was fantastic. Great to just walk a few steps to it.
