The stay was nice. When i arrived i had to wait like because no one was at front desk. I was tired from my long drive and was ready to go in my room. Also the hotel must be pet friendly and it smelled like dog bad.

Our experience here was quite sad. We went for spring break. Smooking was openly being done in the pool area. Other general areas badly stunk like second hand smoke like hallways and stairwells. We ended up leaving 2 days early.

The room is nice but the bathroom toilet is really low for an elderly person. It appears to be lower than most public bathrooms.

Good stay

The stay was quite nice. The overall cleanliness of the room was good. Our only problem was that we got to our room and the maid had left the previous person's dirty towels in our tub. Breakfast was a full, hot breakfast with a friendly and helpful attendant. The property was very quiet! And the bed was comfortable, so we got a really good night's sleep. We will definitely stay here again as we come and go through the area on trips.

All the furniture here is so old. The sheets and everything on bed were so wrinkled. Chair was way past its time of use. Needs some serious updating. Not up to best western standard. People were pleasant.

Our room wasn’t even cleaned from the last party that stayed. There was pet food left on the floor and the dirty towel and washcloths slung over the shower. The breakfast was horrible. It was very limited, and the food in the packages, like the oatmeal and butter, were rancid and spoiled.

I booked a room on Thursday for a two night stay starting Friday. Showed up to property and was assigned a room. The room had not been cleaned from previous tenant's stay. Desk clerk then said that they had no other rooms available. I'm left scrambling to find a room at 10:30 pm. Terrible experience is an understatement.

Not so Great

We are usually pretty okay to stay at most hotels but this was the worst we have experienced. The room was dirty, couch was disgusting and not a pull out as advertised. The beds were very broken down. Towels were massively stained. Coffee was lukewarm in the lobby in the morning.

Don't Even Do It! BUGS

This was the nastiest, dirtiest place I've ever stayed at. Highly disappointed. There were bugs crawling from all corners of wall, floor, air conditioner. The towels, bedding were gross. The maintenance was certainly to be desired. There were dirty towels, washrags propped in the outside doors so people could just walk in, rather than using their key. We were so exhausted, we actually slept well the night we checked in which was very surprising!! Very disappointing!!

The front staff was not friendly. The carpet in the room had oily stains throughout. The air conditioner was noisy and sounded like a freight train. Slight odor when entering the room. The bed linens were clean and smelled good as did the towels and wash cloths. But, the rooms need som upgrading.
