"Excellent stay. Very helpful and kind staff. No complaints with the stay whatsoever. I do believe there are a couple of design concerns with the hotel (we stayed in rooms 756 and 757). The lack of a shower door makes no sense to us--we found no way to prevent water from spraying out in to the rest of the bathroom area, creating unneeded mess and safety hazard (of slipping). The second item is the floor choice in the bathroom, and especially in the shower area. It is extremely slick, and should really have some sort of texture to the flooring (or perhaps a textured shower mat that could be used). This is an accident waiting to happen. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, and we would be glad to stay with you again. Thank you."
