Everything was good except the front desk, I asked if I could check in at 2pm and they said yes. When I went back they said I could only check in at 2 if I switched rooms. When I opened the room, there was a man fixing the toilet. I had to switch room again. Other than that is a convinient hotel.

Every time I travel to Chihuahua, I stay at quality inn San Francisco because they made me feel Secure, Comfortable And that’s because they have a nice restaurant. The rooms are very clean even the showers everything working properly and any extras I need. I will provide it with no extra charge to me.

Horrible stay! Reception is not equipped to provide things like towels or water since we missed housekeeping. Phone did not work. Unable to make calls to receptions or get calls transfered. Location is great! Employees were nice but not equipped to do their job per higher manager policies.
