"I have stayed here several times over the past few years as I live in Italy and often have a very early flight. It’s a great hotel, extremely comfortable with friendly staff. I usually have dinner and enjoyed it this time as always. I did appreciate the complementary small bottle of Prosecco - I hadn’t received this before. It takes about 6 minutes to walk to the airport from the hotel and they also have a shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to my next stay. "

"Breakfast was Fantastic "

"I don’t appreciate deception. I paid for breakfast included and confirmed upon my arrival but when I checked out I was told that it was not included and had to pay. This obviously ruined my experience at Helios and will not return. "

"Good experience over all. AC is the only downside but looks like its all over Europe. Breakfast was just fine. Had dinner one night and food was pretty decent. "

"It was mentioned on the doors "no smoking" but there was smell in the corridor and even in the room. Which was uncomfortable because I don't like it. But I think we could not expect much in this price, it was budget friendly. "

"Breakfast area was poor. Choice at breakfast was also poor. En suite was clean and in good condition but the bedroom was in poor condition. A bit out of the city but good transport links. "
