"We arrived late, the host was very angry. The place doesn’t have elevator while we have heavy luggage and we were offered no help. We also had to share a bathroom.
Internet didn’t work at all, neither on our devices, nor on the TV. When we asked the host to fix it, she told that she doesn’t know, why it is not working.
Another day when we came back, we found blood stains on my bed sheet. I asked the host to give me a new, but she refused, she just told that it was not her blood.

"Quiet location not far from the San Donato train stop, which goes to the Duomo. A grocery story is a two-minute walk away. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but I would try it another time. Floors could be cleaner, especially the hallways, and our room didn’t smell great at first but the smell aired out and for the price, it is very good value."
