"Check In instructions were given to me prior to my arrival without me having to initiate the conversation. LOVE a proactive company! Hotel was a 15 minute walk from Pisa Centrale and a 15 minute walk to all major attractions like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Lots of international dining/shoppiNg. The business offers free coffee/tea/water and use of a mini fridge/microwave. There was also a bottle/can opener located on top of the fridge for people to use. If you arrive prior to check in, there’s free luggage storage. I had issues with one of my keys (never used that type before) and when I reached out via WhatsApp, I got a response immediately. I had other questions about the property as well and again, had a prompt response. There were three bathrooms of varying sizes in the common area. All were immaculate. The room itself was HUGE. Enough room to walk around and even do yoga. Lots of storage space for your clothes. AC and Wifi worked perfectly. There was a small tv in the corner of the room that didn’t work but really, who goes on vacation to watch TV? This was my fifth hotel on my two week tour of Italy and the ONLY one where I chose to stay at where I had to share a bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, service and how large the room was. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will come back to Pisa just to stay here longer."

"Conveniently located near the main train and bus station, this hotel was clean, comfortable and economical. The desk staff was very helpful, offering to break large bills, recommending nearby restaurants, which I learned were excellent, and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast is worth the extra euros. The croissants are baked fresh daily, along with other pastries. The fruit, cheeses, meets, juices and typical Italian coffee drinks were wonderful."

"Location was excellent and it is extremely close to many restaurants One downfall is that their mini-fridge was broken, the building is kind of outdated but nothing can beat the location. Staff is very helpful and breakfast selections are very nice."

"Clean room and nice receptionist. The bathroom doesn't have good ventilation and isolation, so you could hear the water tank filling up. The isolation to the hallway wasn't that good either, but it didn't effect us, but a factor to consider for light sleepers."
