Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. "The service was excellent and met all expectations you might have. Despite us making changes short term and have a very late arrival Dana was there to make sure all was perfect. 5 stars from us. The breakfast very nice as we had possibility to try local pastries, cheese and more. All in all a pleasant stay and a good experience, can only recommend it "
