"Super nice place to stay - check in was online and through WhatsApp but easy - place was exactly as the pictures- clean- comfortable and beautiful- walking to the touristic areas - 15 minutes to the train station - and the marina in taxi ! Really recommend!!!!!!!!!"

"This is a great hotel. Very modern and clean in a classy office building and good location near the historic district. The service was great and friendly by everyone. Special thanks to the concierge Marco for going above and beyond with suggestions on restaurants, tours and easiest directions to get to the things we wanted to do. All the restaurants he suggested were very good and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and will stay there again. "

"This place was amazing! One of the best we have stayed in Italy. Modern, clean, amazing location, check in was flexible and service great! They have recommended rations of restaurants and things to do on a map of the city! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Everything was excellent and room was big! "

"It’s an unusual small hotel tucked away behind an old set of doors in central Naples. I loved it. It helps if you like pink, it’s very pink. I also loved Naples itself. "

"I really enjoyed staying here. I’ve been travelling Italy alone and Francesca was extremely helpful giving me advice on where to visit and how to get there, where to eat and if I needed any tours booked. Very comfy cozy room.
The location was very convenient - close to attractions and a metro station next to port so easy to do day trips on the ferry to Positano, Carpi or Ishcia plus being right next to a supermarket."

"If you are looking to take one of the Ferry's out of Naples, and need to spend the night then Smart Hotel Napoli is the right choice. It is right next to a few different Ferry companies, and also where the Cruise Lines come in. It is in a busy area, however the Hotel is in a side, quiet area of an old Ferry building. We had to take a few minutes to find it, as the entrance is on a corner of the building. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were nice and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. There was a small sitting area, the bedroom, and the bathroom. We did have an outside balcony area which was nice, though the days we stayed were humid outside. Luckily, the air conditioning was working. There is a restaurant right outside the check-in area with a full bar. Breakfast is included, and there was a nice selection and ample seating in the area. We enjoyed our stay, and are happy to recommend to others."
"The atmosphere is super nice, staff and other guests are so interactive, we had nice beer party:) The hostel, and the area are so safe, many different age group guests. The room is always clean and fresh, air-conditioner functions so well. Showers and bathroom are really comfortable. They had safety lockers iin reception and I kept my laptop and computer there. Wifi works well in common area and in the room. Must visit if you are searching for low price hostel with high quality service!!!!!"
