"The staff at the Palazzo were over the top.
This Palace is so beautiful and very clean.
I would definitely stay here again.
The reception staff
Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance.
The Place suggested a spa.
We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza.
This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies.
Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind.
The Spa is amazing.
We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation.
It was a pleasure to meet them.
A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person.

What truly made the experience special was the outstanding hospitality of Serena and Paola. Their warmth and attention to detail were exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast each morning was a delight, with thoughtful options for allergies. "The host and hostess were exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our needs! Gianluca was so helpful with parking, bar and restaurant suggestions and helping plan our road trip through Puglia! Breakfast by Gianluca’s sister, was basically made to order with whatever you wanted and no limits for cappuccino etc. beautiful fresh foods served to your table in the lovely rooftop terrace overlooking part of the old city.
