"The whole hotel was constantly being cleaned from very early morning to late evening. Rooms great and cleaned daily. Food excellent in all restaurants (didn’t realise the specialty restaurants were also buffets) mostly ate in main buffet, plenty of choice all of the time. The drinks were ok, glad we found the Gordon’s Gin, stations everywhere around the resort for coffee, beer, water, soft drinks , ice and wine.
Staff were fantastic and entertainment was good, team worked really hard to ensure people enjoyed themselves, loved the aqua gym which was really popular every day. Great to be able to watch the Monaco F1 in the 24/7 bar too. Loved taking long walks on the beach every morning.
The only slight negative for us was it was very child friendly around the whole resort (which is brilliant if you had children with you though we didn’t so an adults pool area would have made it perfect for us.)"
"The hotel is really good, the swimming pool is great! We got the breakfast included which was really nice with a lot of options. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We will come back for sure!"
"We stayed for 2 weeks and accommodation met the standard expected of a 5* facility, We have travelled to many places over the years so feel we can confidently share both the positive and negatives which will hopefully elevate the hotels ability to always seek improvements.
The first positive is there’s not many negatives😉
The hotel cleanliness and condition was very good and swipe test in key areas did not raise any concerns in he shared spaces.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and we always felt help was at hand when needed.
The environmental credentials of the hotel were also to a high standard expected of a 5* facility but as always, improvements were evident.
For example, our balcony door did not close properly so when the air con was on the door leaked valuable cool air which obviously had an impact.
When we removed the room card which controlled the power to the room, it did not switch off for at least 30 minutes.
The telephone did not work, the cleaning staff should do regular checks of equipment during cleaning.
Our room was of a modern standard and regularly had a change of towels etc which we appreciated. The floor in bedroom and balcony were very dirty and obviously not cleaned properly each day, spent more time cleaning our feet when in the room!
Guest enhancement opportunities- complimentary poolside hydration and snacks during high heat. Free drinking water in restaurants.
I would visit again👍"
"Service was outstanding all around Breakfast was GREAT AND DINNER BUFFET FOR 25 EURO PER NIGHT I ate breakfast every morning and had dinner on 2 seperate nites .great choice "
"The hotel is set at the beachfront which boasts a nice sandy beach with a Beach Bar. The place is very well maintained and rooms are clean ans very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spa which was reasonably priced with a relaxing ambience and good facials! The staff was warm and friendly.
What we wish was better is the food. The variety for breakfast is amazing. However, the execution of the cooking - the cooked dishes in general lack taste. I preferred the fresh salads,n cold cuts and tinned fish.
The breads were dry and hard while the seafood tastes like thawed frozen seafood. The fish was soggy and flaked into lumps after cooking. We found the cuts of beef a better option than seafood unfortunately. This is a pity given it’s a seaside hotel.
We were given one complimentary bottle of water which is not enough for us drinking 3L a day per person. And water cost quite a lot. We would love to have water dispensers to refill. "
"High quality hotel right on an amazing beach. The experience is very high quality - the hotel rooms are spacious and the pull down bed for my 13 year old son was very comfortable.
The facilities are excellent - large pools, plenty of sun loungers, direct access to the amazing beach, indoor pool and spa, padel courts, etc.
The breakfast buffet has a great selection but can get busy around 9.30 to 10.00. The staff manage the queue very well and seat people quickly at vacant tables. The pool bar is great for lunch with a varied menu and reasonable prices. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance to give choice outside the hotel."
