"Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar. Des Weiteren ließ sich die Kühlschranktüre nicht richtig schließen, sodass wir regelmäßig unsere...

"The location is very good for this property. And the available use of an elevator was very much appreciated with luggage and all. Liked the strong air conditioner. Dislikes: The small details matter for the price we pay. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment and they gave us one bottle of water as compliments. The most comprehensive thing was a clean up kit (dishwash soap, sponge, etc). There was no trash can in the bathroom. There were sheets on the bed, but no blankets. The blankets were folded...

"Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area."
