Overall our experience was good. Parking was a challenge but once we got things figured out it was convenient. The noise from the "L" took some getting used to as the rail is immediately in front of the building. I received text messages before the check in that were asking for personal info with no explanation of who was asking; an introduction of who was asking would have been much better.
